Residential Lettings

All properties are to be let on Assured Shorthold Tenancies. Prospective tenants will be required to supply a minimum of two references, including current landlord, employer and bank. We are up front with our fees which are £120 + VAT for a Tenancy Agreement, £50 (inclusive) per tenant for referencing plus an inventory fee (if required).
