We are qualified Chartered Surveyors and able to undertake RICS “Red Book” valuations for a wide range of purposes, on all property types including residential property, commercial property and land.
We can provide reports for a range of purposes including, valuations for sale or purchase, company accounts, probate and CGT purposes to name a few.
All valuations are undertaken at director level by a qualified Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer. Valuation Reports are prepared in accordance with the RICS Valuation Professional Standards published by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
